Refined shellac is an innovative product produced by our company; it’s a replacement product for the traditional shellac by using a unique manufacturing technique and production process. Its exterior appearance is a powder mixed with granules of irregular shape. Its characterized by low content of impurities and wax, adjustable coloration by customer demand. Comparing with traditional shellac, ethanol insoluble can be as low as 0.2-0.3%.
Varnish made by dissolving refined shellac in ethanol, it has a fine and smooth filming with no speckles. It is a superior replacement to traditional shellac flake. The indicators of our refined shellac are following:
